Cancellation & Refunds

- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them by contacting our customer service team.
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, cancellations after dispatch/delivery will not be accepted.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- In case of wrong or damaged product delivery, customers must notify us immediately upon receipt for replacement or refund.
- Kukoo Farm reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests based on product condition and circumstances.
